The Feathers Group are delighted to confirm the acquisition of an 8 storey office block, adjacent to the Best Western Queen Hotel in a multi million pound deal with HBOS. The Group are intending to convert this into 85 deluxe 5 star bedrooms with a club lounge/restaurant and bar on the ground floor, with a walkway link to the Queen Hotel.
Managing Director, Stuart Hunter, has confirmed “This project, which will take some 12 months, will involve the multi million pound refurbishment of this property, turning the Best Western Queen Hotel into one of the best hotels in the North West with 225 luxury bedrooms, stylish conference and banqueting facilities, set within beautiful landscaped gardens and Italian terraces.”
